ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 is an international standard for service management that defines requirements for the development, implementation, monitoring, maintenance, and improvement of a Service Management System (SMS). Mr. Otten stated, “This certification helps us to ensure that we are following industry best practices in delivering our services to our customers.
