Sumaria Systems Wins NETCENTS-2 NetOps Small Business Task Order for Avaya Call Manager On-Site Engineer at MacDill AFB

DANVERS, Mass. – Sumaria Systems, LLC, a leading provider of information technology, engineering, and professional services, has won the NETCENTS-2 NetOps Small Business Task Order for Avaya Call Manager On-Site Engineer at MacDill AFB, Florida.

Sumaria is providing on-site support for Avaya Call Manager.  Sumaria supports regular on-the-job-training (OJT) training of personnel, development of training plans, development and maintenance of a continuity book, configuration management of network, backup of network configurations, installation, configuration, implementation and migration of equipment, maintains network topology drawings, develops and implements network changes and performs upgrades to equipment required to support ongoing operations in order for personnel to be able to fully support the telephone switch upgrades and expansions as required.

Sumaria also performs corrective maintenance to restore all outages in accordance with the Performance Work Statement.

The Sumaria NETCENTS-2 SB contract is managed by the company�s Corporate Headquarters in Danvers, Mass.
