Sumaria Systems Supporting U.S. Air Force Medium Altitude Unmanned Aircraft Systems Program and MQ-9 Reaper
Sumaria Systems, LLC announced that it has been awarded a $250 million multi-year contract to support the Medium Altitude Unmanned Aircraft Systems (MAUAS) Program Office.
The Air Force Program Executive Officer for Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR)/ Special Operation Forces (SOF), Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) has the mission responsibility to arm the warfighter with timely Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) solutions through a high-performance team executing acquisition excellence. In order to meet current and projected workload requirements, the Government has once again chosen Sumaria Systems to augment its organic (military and civil service) capabilities with Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) support.
This contract extends the company’s support of the MAUAS program to 2027. This A&AS contract provides a broad range of professional acquisition, engineering, scientific, research, financial and administrative capabilities to execute effective and responsive integrated program management of aircraft research, development, production, and lifecycle acquisition and sustainment activities. The support to be provided includes a variety of products and analysis services in support of this very important weapon system.
